On second thought

referring to the previous post, and considering the state of those addi after one pair of socks, I have to ask:

Could the problem be something I do??

O.o how on earth did you succeed in bending those needles that much? I don't think it is possible for me, even if I want to... :)

Wow that's amazing. Are you holding the needles against yourself while you knit? Or are your other fingers pressing on the needle back in the middle? That's the only things I could think of that would make them bend that much. I knit tightly on metal 2.25mm needles with nary a bend.

Oi! Angående ullbukser - dårlig samvittighet er bare tull. Strikking skal jo først og fremst være en glede! (Nøstebarn selger kjempefine stripete ullbukser.)

i think you and i have the same tension and grip problems! funnily enough i have needles that look exactly like that.

Good grief !! I can see the problem re bamboo,something that I will have to think about as I am about to try them out :( But Addi Turbos !! maybe they aern't that strong ?
